Woman hopes to tell life-affirming story to Congress

Nearly three years ago, Debra Stuart found herself at a crossroads.
She was dating a man and became pregnant. While she thought his reaction was going to be positive, she instead experienced exactly the opposite.
"I thought that he would be happy, we would get married and live happily ever after," she said. "To my surprise, he told me that he wanted to have a relationship with me, but didn't want a baby."
