Imperial parishioners go 'tail-lighting' during Advent

Neither rain, nor cold, nor wind, nor dark of night will keep the men of St. Joseph away from their task — faith and fire, with plenty of food and beverages thrown in. In a twist on "tailgating," where football fans gather outside before games to drink, eat and converse, the men of St. Joseph Parish in Imperial gathered around several fire pits last Saturday night. They heard a talk by Father Joseph Classen, author of several books about outdoor spirituality and issues pertaining to men living their faith. Then they lingered.
