St. Patrick's business incubator is a winner for those in need

Angela Watson's homelessness was complicated by a substance-abuse problem.
With help from St. Patrick Center, she has not used alcohol or drugs for 11 months, attends support group meeting regularly, has moved into transitional housing and received job training.
What brings her the biggest smile is that she now has a job, thanks to those efforts and the Catholic Charities' agency's help.
