National Night of Prayer for Life held Dec. 8-9

Twenty-nine parishes in the Archdiocese of St. Louis will participate in the 20th annual National Night of Prayer for Life next week.

They will join others across the country in a four-hour period of eucharistic adoration and prayer for the unborn. Participants will pray for an end to abortion and a protection of the sanctity of human life.

The evening of prayer spans the feast of the Immaculate Conception, Tuesday, Dec. 8, and the anniversary of Our Lady of Guadalupe's first apparition to St. Juan Diego, Wednesday, Dec. 9.
