Archdiocesan superintendent of Catholic education George Henry requested that Catholic schools here notify parents how and when they could download President Barack Obama’s Sept. 8 televised speech to schoolchildren.

“We believe that parents can best determine when, where and how their children should view the president’s talk,” Henry said.
