Jesuit Father William Barnaby Faherty has written a new book, “A Concise History of St. Louis University.”
The 61-page book (Gas House Books, $9.99) provides a glimpse of the Midtown university’s Jesuit heritage and traditions, from its founding in 1818 through 2008. The priest documents the university’s growth and development, including profiles on presidents, distinguished alumni, buildings, athletics and other features.
