Gateway Academy teacher combines math, science in a hands-on experience for students
Alpha Bangura is enjoying his role in helping students at Gateway Academy become more active participants in their science and math education.
Bangura slides into a new role coordinating a math and science initiative in the middle and lower schools. He formerly taught middle school math and science and was a biology teacher at Gateway’s now-closed high school.
