On Monday, 29 June, the Solemnity of Sts Peter and Paul, the Holy Father celebrated the 58th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood with a Eucharistic Concelebration during which he conferred the pallium on 34 Metropolitan Archbishops. The following is a translation of the Holy Father's Homily, which was given in Italian before the conferral of the pallium.
