“JustFaith is a life changer,” according to Pat Dougherty, director of advocacy for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. “I wish every Catholic had the opportunity to experience it.”

JustFaith is a social justice program for people of faith that ties the Gospel to issues of justice. A workshop introducing the program is being held Saturday, June 20, at St. Francis Xavier (College Church) Parish. The program itself will be available in parishes in the fall.

JustFaith has four national sponsors: Catholic Charities USA, Catholic Relief Services, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development and Bread for the World.

Dougherty, a former state senator and representative who served in the Missouri General Assembly for 28 years, went through the program a few years ago.
