Find Mass times on Vacation

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly versionSend to friendSend to friendIf you’re traveling around Missouri and want to find Mass schedules at various churches, you can consult the Review’s Vacation Mass Guide on the inside front and back covers of this Vacation supplement. If you’re traveling out of state, however, check out Mass Times, a nationwide ministry to traveling Catholics that provides information on Mass times in churches nationwide. Funded by Pauline Books and Media, in partnership with the Catholic Communica-tion Campaign of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and Mass Times Trust, it provides information through a telephone number and an Internet Web site. The phone number is (410) 676-6000. The Web site is www.masstimes.org. More than 22,000 parishes, missions and other Mass sites are included in the database. Information is provided in English, Spanish and more than two dozen other languages, including Italian, German, Japanese and Vietnamese. The Web site includes information on Mass times by city, wheelchair accessibility, Mass in languages other than English, various religious devotions, opportunities for confession and eucharistic adoration. While Mass schedules for Mass Times are regularly updated, travelers are advised to check with individual parishes to avoid any schedule problems.
