Facing a regret can lead to a transformation

The folk singer Tom Paxton had the same thought in mind when he quipped, "It's all right to look back - as long as you don't stare." This seems worth considering. It's not unusual for people to get caught in the past. Certain experiences can trap you. You want to move on but somehow feel you can't.
